The national team coach has revealed that though he wants his players to be upstanding on and off the pitch, he also wants them to enjoy their tasks
He was also the last man that lifted the trophy for Nigeria in 1994, when he was captain of the Super Eagles and he has revealed that he is trying to teach the present set to be disciplined and to have fun playing the game for their country.
"We need discipline on and off the field. And we also have to have fun,” Keshi told fifa.com.
“Any job you do, if don't have fun doing it, you won't give a hundred per cent. That was the way I played when I was a player and that is what I want to see as a coach.
“Fun and also discipline, that's the key," he added.
The coach will have more fun on Sunday if his team, which was roundly doubted at the start of the competition, prevails over Burkina Faso.
