This is the undoubted star match of the week and it lived up to the pre match billings after the explosive encounter produced six goals at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday evening.
The game finished 1-0 in favour of the Ochendo Boys at Aba in a Week four tie but Enyimba do not want the new premier league entrants to have a double victory over them in their debut campaign in the elite division.
Abia Warriors took the battle to their visitors and this made the People’s Elephant to commit an infringement in the 18 yard box after Enyimba’s midfielder, Rasheed Olabiyi was adjudged to have handled a ball in the seventh minute. Abia Warriors’ Chima Uluocha planted the ball beyond the reach of Femi Thomas in goal for the away side. The goal turned the game around and it was not long that Enyimba was presented with the equalizer through another penalty converted by Mfon Udoh for his 10th goal of the season.
