The former Rangers captain has attracted interest from top clubs in Turkey who are eager to make a bid for him
Goal gathered from a top source close to the player that not less than two clubs have made enquiries about the availability of the defender.
"We don't want to reveal the names of the clubs for obvious reasons, but let me assure you that James Okwuosa will move to Turkey if everything works out well," said the source.
"His club in the South African League, Chippa United is currently not doing well, but they noticed he has the potential to blossom and are interesed in him.
"We are waiting for things to unfold as the season comes to an end. Already talks are on going, although the clubs will not want to break any rule in transfer of players.
"So they are waiting for the end of the season before they make their intention known. The Premier Soccer League has further toughened him and we feel he is matured as a player to join the big leagues in the world".
Okwuosa led Rangers to a second place finish in the Nigeria Premier League before moving to South Africa last season.
