Andrea Cattoli, the agent of Chievo defender Francesco Acerbi, has stated that the 23-year-old would be open to a move to AC Milan, but there is no agreement yet between both clubs.
The Rossoneri are believed to be keen to sign the centre-back in the summer transfer window, and Acerbi would welcome a move to the San Siro side, his representative has said.
"We would not need much time to agree with Milan. However, an agreement between clubs has to be reached first," Cattoli was quoted as saying by Solo Calcio.
"He has a contract until 2016, but I don't think that would be much of a problem for Milan. Obviously, Francesco is keen to move to a bigger club."
Acerbi started his professional career with Pavia and also played for Renate, Spezia and Reggina before joining Chievo in the summer of 2011.
Genoa hold 50 per cent of the defender's economical rights, with Chievo owning the other half.
