thumbnail Hello,

Guardiola frustrated by Bayern leak, says Rummenigge

The Spanish coach is not amused with the recent leaking of team information to the media and is ready to take action against individuals involved

Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has stressed that the player who has been leaking information about FCB's line-ups and tactical plans to the press may find himself in serious trouble with head coach Pep Guardiola.

German broadsheet Bild have been spot on with their predicted line-ups for Bayern in the past few months and also revealed Guardiola's tactical plan for the game against Borussia Dortmund prior to the game, much to the dismay of the former Barcelona coach.

Guardiola has allegedly threatened his squad that the player responsible for the leaking will be booted from the team and will never play again under him and Rummenigge has now confirmed that Bayern are not amused with the situation.

"This is obviously frustrating for Guardiola. The coach has limited public access to training for a reason. This cannot be happening. Nobody likes this," Rummenigge told Sky90.

"We will not approach the National Security Agency (NSA) to sort this, but I can only advise the person responsible for this to quit it or he will be in big trouble and not just with Guardiola."

Regardless of the leak to Bild, Bayern have been in superb form this season and top the Bundesliga table with 35 points from 13 games.
