The coach has issued a belligerent declaration that his team will not cower under the prospects of having to face the Primera Division leaders at Camp Nou
Getafe coach Luis Garcia has rallied his men ahead of their visit to Barcelona on Sunday, as they look to steal valuable points off the Catalan giants. The Madrid-based underdogs currently lie in 12th place in La Liga, but Garcia has announced that worries over which stars take to the pitch against his men will not rank high ahead of their titanic challenge.
"Barcelona ordinarily hurt every team they play against, but we will not obsess over who plays for them come Sunday," the 40-year-old declared.
"We will not divert from what we do. We need to be brave and tireless. After that is done, we might even get lucky."
Morocco international midfielder Abdel Barrada also echoed his coach's feelings, stating: "We will play with no fear and do our best to secure a result.
"It's obviously going to be difficult, but we are setting out to try and get something. We are confident, I hope we are rewarded for our attitudes."
Tito Vilanova's men emerged victorious at Coliseum Alfonso Perez in the reverse fixture by a 4-1 scoreline last September.
