'Be strong Tito' - Players and celebrities offer support to Vilanova after cancer relapse

Following the news the coach is to undergo chemotherapy, a number of high-profile figures have taken to Twitter to wish the 44-year-old well
A whole host of sporting personalities and celebrities have expressed their support for Barcelona boss Tito Vilanova after he suffered a cancer relapse.The 44-year-old is expected to undergo surgery on Thursday following the return of a cancerous tumour in his throat.
And Goal.com International has compiled tweets from from around the world, wishing the Camp Nou coach well as he faces a battle back to full health.
