Mourinho was handed a two-game ban for poking Vilanova in the eye during Real Madrid's 3-2 defeat in the second leg of last year's Spanish Supercopa at Camp Nou, while Vilanova will have to serve a one-match sanction for his part in the fracas.
It has been suggested that the Spanish Football Federation is considering lifting the bans on both coaches, but the Catalans have declared that they are against the idea.
"The position of this club is that we do not agree with the pardon, if the Spanish Football Federation asks the Disciplinary Committee for this measure to be applied," Freixa said in a press conference.
"We hope that such a measure which puts everyone on the same level will not produce the inequality of seeing that someone who did what he did has the same kind of treatment as someone who did a completely different thing."
The Barcelona official then dismissed reports suggesting that Daniel Alves will facing disciplinary action after taking part in a friendly match without the club's consent.
"It was not a friendly, just a charity event," Freixa explained. "He probably took that chance to recover his form. It has no importance to us."
Barcelona and Madrid will square off in the Spanish Supercopa in August, with the Catalans playing the first leg at home on the 21st and the return leg a week later.
