Ronaldinho shares an "excellent" working relationship with Flamengo, according to his agent Roberto de Assis Moreira.
2012 has proved to be a troublesome year for the former Ballon d'Or winner, as he struggled to replicate his form of old in the Rubro-Negro jersey and failed to inspire his side's bid for Copa Libertadores glory.
There have also been reports that the 32-year-old's flamboyant lifestyle has affected his performances on the pitch for Flamengo, leading to an organised fan group accusing him of being disrespectful, but Assis insists there are no problems between Ronaldinho and the club.
"Their relationship is excellent," Assis told Lancenet.
"Ronaldinho has a contract with Flamengo until 2014. I'm not stupid enough to do any business in the knowledge that he is under contract."
Ronaldinho has been linked with a transfer away from Flamengo in recent times, with Greece being mooted as a possible destination, but Assis denies speaking to any suitors for his client's services.
"That would be unethical. If any club has a proposal [for Ronaldinho], it would be best to talk to Flamengo first," he concluded.
