Nigeria to play Mexico on March 5

The Nigeria Football Federation confirms Super Eagles and El Tri friendly in preparation for the 2014 Fifa World Cup

Nigeria will take on the Mexican national football team on March 5 in their first preparatory game for the 2014 Fifa World Cup Brazil.

The match will be organized in the United States of America by Soccer United Marketing (SUM), the Mexican Football Federation’s US Representatives, with the co-operation of Eurodata Sport.

El Tri will play the Super Eagles at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta exactly nine months after both countries played out a 2-2 draw at the Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.

Mexico will battle African opponent Cameroon in Group A of the Fifa World Cup that parades the host Brazil and Croatia while Stephen Keshi’s men will battle South American giants Argentina, Iran and Bosnia-Herzegovina in Group F.
