The Super Eagles goalkeeper will finally play in the Nigeria Premier League after the Seasiders agreed to allow him join the Flying Antelopes on loanSuper Eagles goalkeeper Chigozie Agbim will finally play in the Glo Premier League after Warri Wolves allowed him to join Enugu Rangers on loan for the rest of the season.
Agbim was not allowed to play for the Flying Antelopes because they could not pay the amount that Warri Wolves requested for the player.
According to Chike Onyeacho, the lawyer who facilitated the loan deal, Agbim can start playing for Rangers from the next game which is against Akwa United in Enugu on Wednesday.
"Chigozie Agbim has been granted the permission to play for Rangers for the remaining matches in the season. Warri Wolves felt that as a goalkeeper with the national team, he should have constant playing time.
"That is why they have decided that he should start playing for Rangers on loan for free. This is a good gesture from Warri Wolves because he will not be idle again.
"I am happy for Agbim because will begin to play from now on. This is to prevent his career from going down," Onyeacho said.
Goal learnt that Agbim has been training with Enugu Rangers and may be in goal against Akwa United in week 32 of the Nigeria Premier League.
