The NPFL leading scorer is on the verge of signing a three-year contract with the South African Premier Soccer League side after impressing during a friendly game

Sunshine Stars striker Dele Olorundare might be signing for South Africa's Premier Soccer League side  Maritzburg United following trials with the team

A source at Maritzburg told Goal that Olorundare was featured in United's friendly match against Sundowns recently and he is likely to sign.

“The club is very keen on him and that is why they even gave him a chance to play in a friendly match against Mamelodi Sundowns,” said the source.

Olorundare is currently leading with 11 goals from 26 matches in the Nigerian Premier League.

The Sunshine Stars striker is expected to sign a three year contract with Maritzburg soon.

“By the looks of things he is most likely to sign a three year contract, but that will depend on the negotiations that are still taking place,” said the source.
