The ABS coach has boasted that his boys will shock football fans by grabbing the Federation Cup trophy

Abubakar Bukola Saraki coach, Sulieman Dogo has declared that his target is to lead his boys to win the Federation Cup trophy this year.

ABS defeated Bayelsa United 5-4 on penalties after a goalless draw in regulation time in Benin last Wednesday.

He told Goal that his final destination will be to play in the finals in Lagos and take the trophy back to Ilorin.

"This is not an empty boast. When you see the way we played against Bayelsa United, you will realise that we have a good team that can become champions," said Dogo.

"We are ready for any team that will come our way. ABS is not a club that will be afraid of any team in the competition. I can confidently say that we are as good as any team in the country.

"The target we have set for ourselves is to win the trophy and we are working towards it everyday. Bayelsa United played well and showed they are truly a Premier League side.

"Our next game will be against Lobi Stars next week Wednesday and we are going to be ready for them. No team goes into a competition to lose and that is why we are sure as a team that we can win the trophy.

"The team is working hard. The players know what is at stake and everything will work out for us at the end of the competition," Dogo said.
