Kwara United coach, Samson Unuanel has told Goal.com that the away victory over Sharks last Sunday will propel the players to give their best in subsequent matches.
The Ilorin side defeated Sharks 1-0 in Port-Harcourt last Sunday to record the fourth away victory of the season.
The former Falcons assistant handler noted that the victory will be the tonic his players need to put up an impressive performance this season.
"It was a good match and I must commend my players for the way they approached the game. We tried out a new style in that game and it worked perfectly for us.
"I know my players are young. With this kind of result, I am sure that fear factor will not come up again. If they can win in Port Harcourt, then they can win anywhere.
"I am happy they have started the season on a good form. And we are going to maintain that form even as we host Heartland this mid week.
"We will take each game as it comes. But nobody should write us off because we can spring surprises anytime.
"It is still a long way to go in the season. Let us see what will happen. I intend to build a solid team this season that will be the cynosure of all eyes.
"The players have their set objectives and will want to do their best in the remaining matches," Unuanel concluded.
Kwara United are presently in eighth position on the league table with five points from three matches.
