The Sunshine Stars defender makes a return to the team after he was dropped from the party to South Africa
With just minutes to the kickoff of the Group F 2014 Fifa World Cup qualifier between Nigeria and Kenya at the U.J Esuene Stadium in Calabar, starting line-ups have been released and the Super Eagles will be starting with all the team that won the Nations Cup final except Ikechukwu Uche and Ambrose Efe.
These two have been replaced by Obafemi Martins and Solomon Kwambe respectively. Kwambe comes in at right back and it will be remembered that he played very well against Venezuela but could not cope well against Catalonia.
Martins returns also after appearing against Venezuela in which he did not have a good match though his showings during the lead up to the game has been at a good level. The new Seattle Sounders player has fond memories of Kenya, having scored two goals against the Harambee Stars in Nairobi in 2010 on the way to the World Cup finals in South Africa.
For Kenya, there are no surprises as Dennis Oliech leads the team and is the lone striker ahead of a five-man midfield to be marshalled by Victor Wanyanma.
