The Flying Antelopes will travel to Bujumbura on Thursday after failing to leave on Wednesday for their clash against Vital 'OAfter failing to leave the shores of the country on Wednesday, officials of Rangers have disclosed that they will now travel to Burundi to face Vital 'O in the first leg second round match of the Caf Champions League on Thursday.
The Enugu side qualified for the second round of the Caf Champions League after walking over SC Do Prinicipe of Sao Tome and Principe.
Rangers media officer, Foster Chime told Goal.com they could not travel on Wednesday because of some logistical problems which they could not handle on time.
"We had some problems which we could not solve. But we have been able to clear that hurdle and we are going to travel on Thursday.
"We will come into Lagos and then fly out in the night from the Murtala Mohammed Airport. Eighteen players and seven officials will make the trip to Bujumbura.
"We are confident of getting a good result in the first leg game so that we can be relaxed in the second leg. The players have been properly motivated to give their best in this match.
"We believe they are capable of getting a win in Bujumbura," Chime said.
