The Kano Pillars coach has vowed to go to the Central Africa Republic and qualify the team to the next round of the continental showpieceKano Pillars coach Baba Ganaru has boasted that the team will win the Caf Champions League game against Olympique Real Bangui in the second leg and qualify for the next round of the competition.
Ganaru told Goal.com that the team have been training very well after the first leg which they won 5-1 in Kano.
"We don't want to look at the result of the first leg. Yes we may have won with a high margin, but we are not going to rest on our oars.
"One thing I am sure of is that we are going to win the second leg game this weekend as we desire to play in the next round of the Caf Champions. I told the boys that it is not yet over because the second leg is still there to be played.
"And they listened to me and with the amount ot training we have been able to do, I am very sure we are not going to lose in the second leg.
"We had to train very hard because there are no matches in the Premier League to test our level of preparadness.
"I am confident that we have done all there is to do and we are already looking ahead to the next game in the competition.
"My players have shown good attitude during training and I don't have any fear in me that we are going move to the next stage of the tournament.
"It is not as if I am underrating the team from the Central African Republic. They are a good side, but I don't see how they can stop us," Ganaru said.
Kano Pillars will depart Nigeria Thursday afternoon as the match will come up on Saturday.
