Nigeria’s leading sportswear manufacturers, OWU will next week unveil its latest products next week in Lagos.
OWU are the kit manufacturers for Nigeria Premier League clubs, Shooting Stars Sports Club, Lobi Stars and Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC.
At the ceremony which is billed for Lagos, OWU will showcase the jerseys of the three teams that will participate in the eilte division this season.
CEO OWU Sportswear, Tunji Brown told Goal.com that this is another step to making the kits a household name in Nigeria football community.
“The kist are specially produced to meet the needs of each of the clubs. The shirts feature laser-cut ventilation holes to help in cooling and also regulate player temperature during matches.
“We have been able to use the best quality materials to produce the wears and we are confident that the three clubs will be able to make good use of this opportunity that we have provided,” Brown said.
The clubs are expected to bring along with them players who will model theier various club jerseys.
Goal.com learnt that Gbolahan Salami and Phillip Asuquo will model 3SC jersey, while Lobi Stars will have Ezekiel Bassey. ABS all time scorer, Abdulrahman Bashir ill also come in for abs
OWU Sportswear won the Best Designed Jersey category at the inaugural League Bloggers Award last year.
