The Suleiman Chindo led management has moved swiftly to mend the vacuum created by team acting technical adviser who is on national assignmentVeteran coach Abdul Mohammed Pele has been added to the technical staff of Nigeria Premier League side Wikki Tourists a top official of the club has disclosed.
Revealing the information to journalists recently the Chairman of the club, Suleiman Chindo confirmed that Abdul Pele who was formerly an assistant coach with the national U20, Kano Pillars, Buffaloes and Jigawa Golden Stars has joined Wikki Tourists.
Chindo popularly called Sule Tiger said the decision to add Abdul Pele to the team technical bench was to fortify that department and to serve as stop gap for the acting Technical Adviser, Yakubu Maigadin who is presently on national assignment with the Flying Eagles.
According to Alhaji Chindo:" We don't want to create a vacuum in our bench when our substantive Technical Adviser is away on national duties."
The new Nigeria Premier League season will start February 16th.
