The U-20 national team will play against the Nigeria Premier League side in Nanka on Sunday as they prepare for the African championshipsIn preparation for the African Youth Championship in March, the Under-20 national team will tomorrow engage Nigeria Premier League side, Rangers in a friendly match in Nanka, Anambra State.
The game is one of the friendly matches that the Flying Eagles will use to prepare for the African Youth Championship whihc comes up in Algeria.
The Flying Eagles started a three weeks camping exercise in Nanka last Wednesday and will also play clubs like Heartland, Gabros, Enyimba before they travel to Tunisia to round up preparation for AYC.
Rangers team manager, Innocent Abana told Goal.com that the Enugu side will also use the match to assess the new players for the new season.
"This will be a good match for us because it will enable take another look at our players for the coming season. We hope to give them a good match," Abana said.
Rangers will represent Nigeria in the Caf Champions League this year.
