The Flying Antelopes have been boosted by the support from some of their loyal fans ahead of their campaign on the continent and domestically
The first, a philanthropist and a patron of the club, Arthur Eze has promised to get the Flying Antelopes a new bus before the end of January after the club management led by the General Manager, Chief Ozor Paul Chibuzor paid him a solidarity visit in Ukpo, Anambra State.
Speaking during the visit, Rangers GM, Ozor said the visit was to solicit from eminent Nigerians like Chief Eze for financial and moral support for the club's campaign in the CAF Champions League and other competitions the club would be taken part in this year.
In similar vein, the NPL 2011/2012 season first runners up also visited the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Neros Pharmaceuticals, Chief Poly Emenike(Odenigbo Nanka) and got financial and sponsorship lifeline from him.
The Flying Antelopes were guest to Chief Emenike shortly after the completion of the annual inter state friendly match between Rangers and Nanka selected played on December 31st, 2012 at the newly built Neros Stadium, Nanka. Rangers won the game 4-0.
The MD/CEO Neros Pharmaceuticals, Chief Emenike promised to continue to identify with Rangers in his own humble way as the club commences its assault in Africa and in the country this season.
Rangers media officer, Foster Chime told Goal.com that they hope to generate enough funds that will make them start the season on a good note.
"We are happy with the gesture of our supporters and we are also calling on others to come to the aid of the team as we strive to do well this season," Chime said.
