Ejor who led the team to win the competition last year noted that his players are ready to start the tournament on a good note.
"We are currently training very hard in Badagry and the boys will be ready for our first game which is against Lebanon.
"We have been in camp for over a week now and the players are getting into shape for the competition. I am sure that with the level of training, we should be able to beat Lebanon in our first game.
The coach admitted that he did not have any information on their first opponents but believes the pedigree of the Nigerian team will see them over their first opponents.
"I don't know Lebanon very well in beach soccer, but the fact that they will participate in the tournament means they are a good side.
"So we regard them as a good side and will not underrate them in any way. But I have a team that is eager to start the tournament on a winning note.
"Nigerians should come out to cheer the team to victory as we concentrate on winning the second edition of Copa Lagos," Ejor added.
The Super Sand Eagles defeated Brazil 9-4 in last year’s final to lift the trophy.
