Sharks general manager, Okey Kpalukwu has said that the team is preparing so hard that only trophies will justify for the way they are presently training in Calabar.
Sharks finished in the seventh position last season with 52 points and with the new coach in Augustine Eguavoen and other players recruited, the administrator is confident they are poised to do well next season.
"I am not boasting, but we are preparing very well for next season. When I look at the number of good players we have signed and how they have been able to mix with the old boys, I am optimistic that we will do well.
"We have recruited very well and have been able to get players in the areas where we had problems last season. That is why I am happy that we now have committed players who are ready to make a name for themselves.
"Coach Augustine Eguavoen has been able to make the players believe in themselves and it is a sign that we should be one of the best teams next season.
"Sharks will definitely challenge for the league titles next season," Kpalukwu told Goal.com.
Sharks are presently in Calabar for their pre-season camping exercise.
