Last season Nigeria Premier League third placed club have added the Ex- Bukola Babes midfielder to their fold ahead of the next season

Former Bukola Babes and Gombe United midfielder, Stanley Aigbe has joined Caf Confederation Cup campaignesr, Lobi Stars of Makurdi for a season long contract with the financial details kept under wraps.

Aigbe who played for both Gombe United and Niger Tornadoes last season opined that his wish to steadily take his game to the South where he reckoned the game is better appreciated informed his decision to settle for Lobi.

He also noted that the attraction of playing in the second tier Africa's club competition, Caf Confederations Cup was another offer too good to resist hence his decision to put pen on paper for the 2012 Federation Cup finalists.

"I am with Lobi Stars now. I have signed and my jersey number will soon be given me. I am happy with the terms of the contract because it is better than sitting at home clubless for another season.


"The joy of playing in the Caf Confederations Cup and other reasons stated earlier made my to move to Lobi a good one!" Aigbe told Goal.com.
