The Nigeria Premier League hotshot is embarking on another trip abroad to enhance his professional career
The Nigeria Premier League’s highest goal-scorer for the 2011/2012 season, Sibi Gwar has informed Goal.com he would soon leave for Singapore to pursue his football dreams.
Gwar recently travelled to Israel for trials with Bnei Yehuda but was not offered a contract amidst counter claims he couldn't impress the top officials of the club.
The Benue born player who has kept away from the media since his return from Israel told one of his close confidants recently that he would be going to Singapore in November to try his luck.
"Sibi [Gwar] is planning to travel to Singapore in November but he will be considering offers from the NPL too to keep him active.
“He is still keeping all his options close to his chest but with time we will get the full details," the source confided to Goal.com.
Gwar who netted 16 goals last season to join the long list of players that have emerged as the highest scorers in the league recently earned a call up to the Eagles and made a cameo appearance in a friendly tie with Niger Republic on August 15 in Niamey.
He has also featured for Enyimba and Kwara United and his last club was Niger Tornadoes where his goals could not prevent the Niger State-based club from being relegated.
