The Enugu side has decided not to renew the contract of 13 players who were part of the playing staff last season

The players are Pius Ibrahim, Onyekachi Akakem, Ebel Eke, Ikenna Paul, Uche Sheriff, Chimaobi Chukwu, Tayo Fabiyi, Henry Osita, Yusuf Afeez, Onovo Ebuka, Jerome Christopher, Emma Ebgeta and Tony Ozor.
"All the players have been notified that they are no longer needed and would have to look for new clubs for next season," Chime told Goal.com.
"There is no witch hunting in the exercise because the technical crew considered a lot of factors before they compiled the names of the 13 players.
"We have also retained a couple of our players for next season except James Okwuosa who is in South Africa and Chikeluba Ofoedu who is in Turkey.
"We are going to recruit good players that will fourther strengthen the team for the Champions League and the NPL.
"The management and the coaching crew are working hard and our supporters will not be dissapointed next season," Chime added.
Rangers have already invited some good players to be signed on next season and will soon move to Nanka in Anambra State for their pre-season camping.
