The Nigerian international midfielder is reported to be discussing terms to join an English Championship side
Dickson Etuhu, Super Eagles midfielder is reported to be on the way out of London club, Fulham to join relegated Blackburn Rovers in the Championship.
The Nigerian international, who has had limited opportunities under Martin Jol, played just nine matches for the Craven Cottage outfit last season and at 30 years of age, knows that he has to be playing every week to have his chance with the national team under Stephen Keshi.
If he completes the move to Yakubu Aiyegbeni’s former club, Etuhu will be linking up with another former Fulham player in Danny Murphy. The transfer fee has been set at about £1.5million (N375 million).
Etuhu was part of the Fulham team that excelled under Roy Hodgson and almost won the Europa Cup in the 2009/10 season, losing to Atletico Madrid in the final.
Etuhu signed for Fulham from Sunderland in a deal worth £1.5m and played 126 matches, scoring six goals from his deep midfield role.
