The Enugu club has decided to forget what happened in the Federation Cup to work on winning the Premier League titleAfter the dissapointment of losing out in the group stage of the Federation Cup, Rangers have decided to forget what happened in Ibadan to concentrate on winning the Premier League trophy.
The Enugu side are presently on top of the League table with 58 points.
Club media officer Foster Chime told Goal.com that the Federation Cup taught the team a great lesson, but would fully be focussed on the remaining four matches in the Nigeria Premier League.
"We want to concentrate on the remaining matches in the NPL. We don't want anything to derail our plans because we are in a good position to win the Premier League title.
"We recognise the fact that it is not over yet because the title might be decided on the final day, but we are determined to hold on till the last match of the season.
"We don't want to make any mistake because what happened in Ibadan further buttresses the fact that it is not over until it is really over.
"Our focus is now on the Premier League and the management is doing everything possible to make sure that the players get all the points in the four matches that are yet to be played," Chime said.
Rangers lost two games and won the last match in the Federation Cup but failed to qualify for the quarter finals.
