Joseph Yobo, the substantive national team captain, is fit after two months out with injury and should be match ready to play against Arsenal come August 5 in Abuja.
Yobo who is in the midst of settling his club future has revealed that he will be glad to lead the team out against the Gunners from London.
Everton are holding on for more money than Turkish top side Fernabahce want to pay for the on-loan defender.
"It would really be nice to play against Arsenal but we have to wait and see how things will turn out,” Yobo said.
On his current transfer challenge, the defender who served Everton for eight years, has left it to divine intervention.
“No matter how bad the situation seems, I know it would eventually be sorted out the right way," he said.
