The Belgian has revealed that he will honour his contract terms with Warri Wolves till the end of the season before talking about his next move
The Belgian told Goal.com that in football it is always difficult to explain where the future destinations of either players or coaches lie but stated that he is still happy at his current place of employment since he still has the backing of all football stakeholders in the club till the end of the season.
He noted that he was yet to decide where his future club would be but opined that Warri Wolves would be the first port of club for re-negotiation after both parties have taken a cursory look at the season before looking elsewhere.
Cooreman said: “I have received a lot of text messages from the people of Kaduna wanting me to come back. In football it is very difficult to predict what can happen at the next minute. For now, I am with Warri Wolves and very much satisfied with what is on ground especially till the end of the season based on the contract between me and the club. It is at the end of the season I will sit down with Warri Wolves again after we have taken a look at how the season pans out.
“I am happy in Warri and my relationship with everybody involved with the club is very excellent. For the moment I am fully committed to the cause of Warri Wolves and there is no form of distraction whatsoever till the end of the season.
"I must say I have enjoyed my stay with the team and I have a good rapport with the management staff of the club.It is at the end of the season that I will sit down to decide on what I want to do.”
Cooreman has worked with Enyimba, Ocean Boys, NPA Seasiders, Kaduna United and Lobi Stars in the Nigeria Premier League.
