The Flying Antelopes striker will start training with the Norwegian club side on Monday
Rangers striker Chikeluba Francis Ofoedu will on Monday begin trials with Norwegian club side Rosenborg BK after he was finally invited to the Flying Eagles camp.
Ofoedu, who missed the game against Warri Wolves in the Nigeria Premier League last week, got the nod of Under 20 coach John Obuh to join the Flying Eagles side in Abuja.
Ofoedu got his visa last Friday to tavel to Norway and will leave the shores of the country on Monday.
The former UNTH of Enugu attacker told Goal.com that he is prepared to prove his worth with Rosenborg.
"The tough Nigeria Premier League will help me adjust to whatever will come my way in Norway. I think I am ready to do my best.
"This is the second time I will be going on trials after I went to Tunisia to try out with Esperance. So I will be strong this time around and hope that all the knocks from defenders in the Nigeria Premier League will toughen me for the task ahead," Ofoedu said.
The young striker has scored 11 goals this season.
