After losing to the Oluyole Warriors, the Ilorin team's trainer said their opponent's management would need to help their players keep up the tempo

Tunde Sanni, coach of Kwara United, has advised the management of Shooting Stars to always motivate the players if they hope to keep up with the tempo of making sure that the team finishes well this season and avoid relegation.

Sanni spoke after the game in Ibadan on Wednesday when his side lost by a lone goal to the Ibadan-based Oluyole Warriors. He said the 3SC players impressed him with their aggressiveness in the game but that officials of Shooting Stars will have to continue to apply the kind of motivation given to the players because it will go a long way in making them happy to give their best.

"Shooting Stars played well against my team. They deserved to win the match because they came all out to win due to the present situation in the club,” said Sanni.

“I only hope they will be able keep up with the tempo in their subsequent matches because that is one sure way they can do well in the games.

"The management must be able to motivate the players so as to keep up with the tempo. I see that they have a good side with potentials," Sanni added.

Shooting Stars suspended their coach Festus Allen this week and presently occupy 14th position on the league table with 20 points.
