The Czech Republic coach has come under increasing criticism after his side crashed to a 4-2 home defeat against Cagliari on Friday, stretching their winless run in Serie A to five matches.
"We have played good games this season," the 65-year-old told Sky Sport Italia. "But tonight certainly isn't one of them.
"We were unbalanced and did not play as we usually do. The players showed great desire, but we just couldn't get it right.
"I won't resign after one bad game. I have not spoken with anyone from the board, but they will ultimately make the final decision."
Zeman had been given the full backing of the Roma hierarchy prior to Friday's tie, after crisis talks had been held to discuss the club's current form.
"We all had deep talks with Zeman and are totally satisfied," director of sport Walter Sabatini had earlier told the Roma Channel. "We will fight our battles together," he added.
Roma currently lie eigth in Serie A, nine points off the Champions League spots, althought third-placed Lazio have a game in hand.
