The Argentine has talked up a move for the player following his recent disciplinary problems, while admitting he misses life in ItalyParis Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi believes his club's ambition could be the ingredient required to sign Daniele De Rossi.
The 29-year-old Italy international has been touted as a potential transfer target for Manchester City in recent months, but Lavezzi is confident the aspirations of les Parisiens' owners could lead to the player moving to France.
"With players like [De Rossi], it is clear that a team as big and with the ambition of Paris Saint-Germain would be interested," the Uruguayuan told Sky Sport 24.
The former Napoli man moved to France over the summer and admits he misses life in Italy, while making a comparison between Edinson Cavani and one of his new, high-profile team-mates.
"I must admit that I miss Naples," he added.
"I see [Edinson] Cavani as a very strong player, I consider him to be on a par with [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic."
