Manchester United secured an important three points as goals from Daley Blind, Ander Herrera and Anthony Martial helped Louis van Gaal's side defeat Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday to move them up to second in the table.
United were 100 per cent accurate with their shots on target as all three attempts hit the back of the net, while the hosts enjoyed the majority of the possession (55.9%) and attempted 117 more passes than their Merseyside opponents.
Martial will be the name on United fans' lips after the £36 million summer signing from Monaco marked his debut with an impressive 25-minute cameo that included a goal.

In his short time on the pitch, Martial hit the back of the bet with his one shot on goal, while he achieved 85.7% accuracy with the seven passes he attempted. Christian Benteke, meanwhile, scored with a spectacular scissor kick, his only attempt on target over the 90 minutes.
