The Dutchman played just under half an hour in the Red Devils' 2-1 FA Cup win over Reading on Monday evening, but will start alongside Chicharito, who keeps his place after scoring against the Royals.
Nani was the star for United against the Berkshire outfit and is retained by Sir Alex Ferguson after scoring the other goal and assisting the Mexican against Brian McDermott's side.
Meanwhile, in defence Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic play alongside each other for the first time since January's win over Tottenham.
The Hoops are boosted by Loic Remy's return to the bench, with the Frenchman not having played for almost a month after injuring his groin against Manchester City.
Jose Bosingwa also makes his first appearance in over three months after being frozen out of the first-team picture by Harry Redknapp as punishment for refusing to be named as a substitute.
QPR starting XI: Cesar; Bosingwa, Samba, Hill, Traore; Townsend, Granero, Mbia, Mackie; Taarabt, Zamora.
Subs: Green, Park, Wright-Phillips, Onouha, Jenas, Remy, Hoilett.
Manchester United starting XI: De Gea; Rafael, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra; Nani, Giggs, Carrick, Young; Chicharito, Van Persie.
Subs: Evans, Valencia, Anderson, Rooney, Lindergaard, Welbeck, Cleverley.
