Levante - Barcelona Betting Preview: Why the Catalans will be leading at half-time and full-time

With Tito Vilanova's side seemingly unstoppable in La Liga, our Spanish expert Phil Kitromilides believes backing them in the half-time/full-time market is where the value lies
Barcelona will look to continue their unbeaten start to the season by claiming all three points against a Levante side who are once again exceeding all expectations.

The team from Valencia currently occupy the final Champions League place in the Liga table, and while no one realistically believes they will still be there come the end of the season, they are continuing to perform extremely impressively.

Bet365 price a Blaugrana win at 1/4 (1.25) while Granotes can be backed at 10/1 (11.00) and the draw is offered at 5/1 (6.00).

Levante's excellent recent run can largely be attributed to their solidity at home where, prior to the visit of Real Madrid two weeks ago, they were unbeaten this season.

Indeed the last team to beat Levante at home before Madrid were Barca, who recorded at 2-1 win in Valencia at the end of the previous campaign.

A repeat scoreline is offered at 17/2 (9.50) and looks tempting for a small value bet.

Yet the best money making potential is by investing in the Catalans at half-time/full-time at 4/6 (1.67). Backing Barcelona to lead at the break and the full-time whistle is often the best way to get maximum value from an investment, and while the price is not huge, it is large enough for punters to consider.

This bet has paid out in each of Barcelona's last five matches in La Liga, and while Levante will be a physical test the Catalans should be far too strong for them.
