Champions League Treble: Goals in Gelsenkirchen, boredom in Brussels and a pounding in Porto

As the Champions League group stage intensifies, Al Hain-Cole goes in search of value in some of tonight's must-win encounters & has come up with a treble worth more than 7/2
Champions League Treble
Dinamo Zagreb
Kick-off: 19:45 GMT
Tip: Porto (-1.5) to win at 43/100 (1.43) with Marathon Bet

Porto may have already qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League, but they will want to make sure they secure top spot in Group A tonight before making the difficult trip to Paris on the final match day.

They can do this by beating a Dinamo Zagreb side that have already been eliminated, having lost all four matches so far, and their last 10 consecutive Champions League group stage games in total.

The Portuguese champions kicked off this season’s European campaign with a comfortable 2-0 victory in Zagreb, and should be able to at least match that at the Estadio do Dragao, where they have won all eight games this season by an aggregate score-line of 22-3.

While Porto have kept five clean sheets in their last six unbeaten Champions League matches, Dinamo have failed to hit the back of the net in eight of their last 10 group stage games, conceding 32 in that period.

Clearly, a comfortable home victory is on the cards here, and the hosts are more than capable of overturning a 1.5 goal handicap to rack up a two-goal victory, available at odds of 43/100 (1.43) with Marathon Bet.

AC Milan
Kick off: 19:45 GMT
Tip: Under 2.5 goals scored at 83/100 (1.83) with Marathon Bet

Despite a shaky start to the season, Milan have the chance to seal their passage into the next round of the Champions League with a win in Brussels this evening.

The Rossoneri could only manage a drab 0-0 draw in the home game against Anderlecht - the third goalless encounter between these two sides in five meetings.

The Belgians finally scored their first goal of the group stages in the 1-0 win over Zenit last time out, but will not be confident of hitting the back of the next against a defence that they have only ever breached once in five attempts.

Milan have only conceded two goals in 11 European games against Belgian opponents, and considering they have scored just nine times themselves in those matches, a thriller seems unlikely at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock.

A bet on under 2.5 goals would have paid out in six out of the eight Group C matches involving these sides, so odds of 83/100 (1.83) look like excellent value on that taking place this evening.

Schalke 04
Kick-off: 19:45 GMT
Both teams to score at 77/100 (1.77) with Marathon Bet

Victory tonight would book Schalke’s place in the next round, and they will be extremely confident of picking up all three points against a side renowned for their poor Champions League away form.

However, the Greek champions managed to pick up an away win in Montpellier on their last continental excursion, and also pushed Arsenal close on their visit to London this year.

While the hosts have only failed to score twice in 18 competitive matches this season, they have also kept just one clean sheet in their last 11 European home matches, so should be wary of a visiting attack that has grabbed a goal in every away game this term.

This clash sees two of the competition’s in-form strikers go head to head, as Kostas Mitroglou’s three goals in the last three for the visitors is only slightly bettered by Klaas-Jan Huntelaar’s four for The Royal Blues.

With such prolific frontmen on display, odds of 77/100 look very tempting on both sides to score here, and this bet would have paid out in seven of the teams’ eight Champions League matches so far.
