The defender has backed her team to beat Enow Ngachu's side in race for Africa's best women's national team award for 2016 after their Awcon success
The Super Falcons who defeated the Indomitable Lionesses 1-0 to win the 2016 Africa Women's Cup of Nations in Yaounde last December, are listed alongside the holders Cameroon, Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
And the Rivers Angels skipper insists nothing could stop them from dethroning the Enow Ngachu's ladies for the gong after their triumph in Cameroon at the 2016 Glo-Caf Awards in Abuja.
"We [Nigeria] are happy doing finishing 2016 well as a team winning the Nations Cup," Ohale told Goal.
"We didn't go to Cameroon only to compete but we went and made a big statement. It was not easy beating the Lionesses in front of their home fans.
"Though we have won the African title several times, I must say dethroning Cameroon in Yaounde was special because we all gave our best and played very well.
"I believe our success in 2016 emerging champions again will see us dethrone them on Thursday to becoming the best women national team in Africa.
"The Lionesses won it last year but I believe this our time the award will return to us [Omagbemi]."
