Will be wondering how he conceded six. Looked solid in the opening period and unlucky to concede the first but was let down by a defensive capitulation in the second half.
Caused the visitors some problems with his set pieces and laid on a great chance for De Bruyne to put Wolfsburg back in front. Caught upfield as Bayern broke for a number of their second half goals.
Fantastic finish to give his side a shock lead. A constant threat form set pieces and could have added another but wasted headed opportunities. Went missing for the final stages.
Kept Muller quiet in the opening period but was nowhere to be seen when the floodgates opened. Couldn't cope with the movement of Mandzukic, losing him for his two goals.
His delivery from wide areas caused Bayern some problems and he looked solid at the back, making a couple of goalline clearances. Disappeared along with his team-mates though as the visitors ran riot.
Booked for a clumsy challenge and that was feature of his game, injuring his own team-mate Dost in an avoidable collision. Couldn't cope with the energy injected by Thiago when he entered the fray.
Tested Neuer while Wolfsburg were in the ascendency. Got lost in the action though as the visitors overran the midfield in the second period.
K. De Bruyne
Lovely cross to lay on the opening goal but quickly undid that good work with a poor miss from Rodriguez's pull back and his decision-making deteriorated as the game went on.
Another promising display from the youngster in the middle. Was targeted by Lahm as Wolfsburg began to frustrate their opponents but couldn't get his side back into it once they went behind.
Took a nasty knock after a collision with team-mate Medojevic in the opening period. Showed some neat touches to bring in other players but never got the big chance to net himself.
The former Dortmund man looked dangerous early on and had a couple of really good opportunities to get Wolfsburg in front, but was guilty of poor finishing.
Looked uncharacteristically nervy in the opening stages, fluffing his clearances into touch and straight to opposition players. A lot more confident in the second half and produced a number of impressive saves.
Caught out by the pace and determination of Wolfsburg's attack. The Bayern defence looked vulnerable at points and the Brazilian has rarely looked as insecure all season.
Was given far more defensive food for thought in this one than he has had to deal with so far this season. Enjoyed the change of personnel in the second period though and was able to bomb forward.
Had to bail his team-mates out every so often with last ditch challenges and blocks as the Bayern goal came under fire on a regular basis but held firm.
Shaky early on, the Brazilian was guilty of giving the ball away in dangerous areas and putting his side on the back foot in. Improved, like his side, in the second period and provided a neat assist towards the end.
Has settled into his midfield role well under Guardiola but looked a little less effective today. Bayern didn't enjoy as much possession as they are used to in the Bundesliga and Lahm's off-day was perhaps a reason for this.
Not one of his most effective games. The German midfielder was overshadowed by Shaqiri and Bayern's failure to dominate the midfield saw him whipped off by Guardiola after the break.
Took up an unfamiliar central position but looked proactive throughout. Credited with the equaliser and often popped up in attacking areas, posing a constant threat to the Wolfsburg defence.
Lively on his return, the Frenchman bagged a goal for himself after firing through a sea of white shirts. A constant threat down the left, Bayern fans will be glad to see him back in the starting line up.
Somehow didn't get his name on the scoresheet but proved a thorn in the side of the Wolfsburg side. Set up Ribery and his darting runs down the right gave the hosts' defence a constant headache.
Back in the team and back on the scoresheet. Didn't get many chances in the opening period but was in the right place at the right time in the second period to collect a couple of goals for himself.
