Came out quickly to dispossess Colunga in the opening minutes of the game. Had little else to do during the 90 minutes.
Was solid at the back for Madrid as they limited Getafe to few shots on goal. Had hardly anything to do after the break as Madrid dominated the second half.
Looked fairly comfortable in defence and was strong in the air, before being subbed off for Khedira at half-time.
Scored the game's opening goal in the 53rd minute from close range after Moya failed to clear a corner and looked confident in defence for the home side.
Was reliable defensively and got forward on occasion to support his team in attack on the left-hand side.
Put in a fine performance in attacking midfield for Los Blancos, which included an assist for their second goal. Perhaps should have scored in the 30th minute when he shot straight at Moya, but apart from that he barely put a foot wrong all game.
Slotted in neatly alongside Essien in central midfield in the first half but definitely grew in confidence after Khedira was introduced at the interval. Won the penalty in the 70th minute.
Á. di María
Saw a deflected effort fly just wide early on after shooting from distance with his left foot. Was a constant thorn in Getafe's defence with his direct running. Provided the dinked cross that Ronaldo scored from to make it 3-0.
Forced Moya into action twice in the first half with two good efforts, before netting a brilliant hat-trick after the break. The first was a well-struck left foot shot, while the second and third were a firm header and a penalty. A very good performance from the Portugal international.
Won a free kick early on that Ronaldo nearly scored from and also set Ozil up for a chance on the half-hour mark. Outshone by the likes of Ronaldo and Di Maria in the second half.
Made a handful of wonderful saves to deny Ronaldo and Khedira but then was at fault for Ramos' opener as he failed to deal with a corner from the right. Could do little about Ronaldo's well-taken hat-trick.
Performed well in the air as Madrid often sent high crosses into the box. Struggled in the second half against Di Maria and Ronaldo as Madrid stepped it up a gear.
Tried to push forward from his full-back position but was allowed fewer and fewer opportunities to do so as the game wore on. Failed to close Di Maria down when the Argentine set up Ronaldo for his second goal.
Conceded a soft free kick in the 10th minute that nearly resulted in a goal for Ronaldo. Beaten to the corner in the 53rd minute that Ramos opened the scoring from. Guilty of pushing Modric in the back which allowed Ronaldo to complete his hat-trick from the penalty spot. A day to forget for the defender.
Shown a yellow card in the first half after pulling on the shirt of Di Maria as he looked to latch on to a pass from Ramos. This moment summed up his performance as he looked off the pace against Madrid's quick attack.
The midfielder was confident on the ball against illustrious opponents, and did well to set Castro and Colunga up on a couple of occasions.
Looked dangerous on the wing for his side. Perhaps should have done better with one chance as he fired straight at Adan.
Performed well in the first half against Essien and Modric in midfield but failed to have a similar impact after Khedira was brought on at half-time.
The 20-year-old showed some neat touches in the first half against his former side but faded after the interval.
Put in some decent challenges in the first half but did not have an impact on the game in an attacking sense. Replaced by Fraile after the break.
Held the ball up well for Getafe, particularly in the second half. Was substituted late on after putting in a tireless performance alone up front.
Introduced at half-time for Raul Albiol and within minutes of being on the pitch forced Moya into a firm stop from distance. Gave Madrid better shape in midfield and was crucial to their strong second-half showing.
Had little time to leave an impact on the game after being brought on near the end.
Toyed with Alexis late on to win a free kick in a dangerous position after coming on as a sub in the second half.
