That is it from me, Tom Webber, for this evening. Have a great night!
FULL TIME - Manchester United 2-0 Swansea City: After a difficult first half, goals from Valencia and Welbeck ensured the Red Devlis ended a run of two straight home defeats. Januzaj was the real star, though, playing a role in both goals in another impressive evening for him. United now sit just two points behind sixth-placed Liverpool.

The final whistle goes!
90' + 3'
Over the top! Bony's effort lacked pace and just floated over the roof of De Gea's goal. That needed to be much better.
90' + 2'
Vidic catches Bony and Swansea have a free kick in a central position, 30 yards from goal. The Ivorian looks keen to take this one on himself.
90' + 1'
We are into the first of an additional three minutes of added time here.
Buttner is closed down by Vazquez near the corner flag on the near side and he manages to win a goal kick off of the Swansea man.
United certainly owe much of this second half performance to that man Januzaj once more. He has been integral in this second half, creating plenty of chances and getting into dangerous areas across the whole pitch.
There are just five minutes remaining here but if Swansea can take one of these chances they continue to create then they could set up an incredibly tense ending to the game.
Pozuelo slips a great pass in behind Buttner which Vazquez latches onto inside the area. He gets the ball caught under his feet and that allows the left-back to recover and stop him from shooting at goal. It is eventually worked back to Pozuelo but he has his striker blocked before it reaches De Gea.
OVER THE TOP! Januzaj went straight for goal but this time his effort was too high and Tremmel watched it fly above him with little worry.
Valencia rolls Davies on the corner of the box and picks up a free kick for the hosts. Another chance for United to get their third of the night here...
Swansea again manage to find space in the wide areas and Bony is picked out in the centre of the box. He gets his head to the ball but is unable to divert it onto the target.
OFF THE LINE!! Januzaj plays a fantastic pass down the left to release Rafael and he in turn picks out Kagawa on the far side. He ducks inside his marker but hesitates before shooting and although he gets it past Tremmel, Britton is back to stop it from crossing the line.
That was never going in! Bony lets a frustrated 35-yard effort go at goal but he slices it far, far wide of the target. It hasn't been his night tonight.
Rangel again pushes forward and gets into space to whip a cross into the area. It falls to Routledge at the back post but his volley is blocked by Rafael. Swansea have not let their heads go down after the concession of the second goal.
Amat makes a late burst into the area and connects with Davies' cross but he heads the ball down into the ground and it bounces up at a comfortable height for De Gea to save.
Pozuelo receives the ball on the top of the box but he absolutely telegraphs his desire to square a pass for Bony and Vidic intercepts. He could have just ran that to the byeline then looked for the pass.
Welbeck fires an effort wide of the target but he looked extremely confident as he found space up against both Chico and Williams there. Old Trafford is extremely lively now.
UNBELIEVABLE MISS!! Valencia picks out Kagawa in space and the Japanese clips a great cross to the back post. Smalling ran onto it but from inside the six-yard box he somehow contrived to fire the ball over the top of the goal.
Pozuelo fires an excellent shot at De Gea's goal from the far side but it arrows high and wide of the target. The Spaniard has been moved into a more central role now as he had stopped tracking Evra in this half.
Jonjo Shelvey goes off to a chorus of boos from around Old Trafford due to his Liverpool links. Alvaro Vazquez has taken his place in the Swansea side now.
That goal actually came from Januzaj chasing back to stop Tremmel's quick throw from finding Routledge out on the Swansea left. The youngster has been the difference in the second half.
Assist Patrice Evra
Goal Danny Welbeck
GOOOOOAAL!! Welbeck makes it six goals in his last six league appearances! Januzaj's cross is headed out but Evra runs onto it from deep and sends it back into the danger area. It is heading wide of the target but Welbeck sticks out a leg and directs the ball just inside the post to make it 2-0.
That is poor from Shelvey! The Swansea man picked up a loose ball 25 yards from goal and bought some space by feigning to shoot early. However, that put the ball onto his left foot and his attempt to curl a shot into the far corner was awful.
Januzaj has now moved out to the left and that is helping bring Evra into the game. It has also made Kagawa look brighter as he was filled the hole behind Welbeck. Far better from United now.
WELL OVER FROM KAGAWA! The Japanese picks up the ball infield and bears down on goal. Welbeck makes a run behind him which drags the defender away so the United man releases a shot, but it was never going to worry Tremmel.
IMPORTANT TOUCH FROM WILLIAMS!! Januzaj was the creator again, sliding a pass to the overlapping Evra who then drilled a low ball into the box. Welbeck awaited it in space but Williams got an important foot to the ball to stop it from finding the striker.
Amat, Pozuelo and Bony combine well in the centre before play is shifted out wide to Rangel. His cross is a tantalising one but it is too high for Bony to get his head to.
That will be a real blow for Swansea, who had performed impressively in the first half despite their recent woes away from home in the Premier League.
Goal Antonio Valencia
GOOOOOAAL!! United have the lead! Moyes could not have hoped for a better start to the half as Januzaj whips in a great cross from the left. Kagawa meets it at the back post and his header is saved by Tremmel, however Valencia is on hand to follow up and sweep it home.
We are back underway for the second half.
The teams are making their way back out onto the pitch now, so the second half will begin momentarily.
The longer the game remains goalless the more restless the home fans will become. Moyes will need to encourage his team to push forward and hold the ball away from Swansea. Perhaps moving Januzaj out to the left and bringing Kagawa inside would help his side threaten the visitors. No matter what he decides, be sure to return for the second half in 10 minutes.
HALF TIME - Manchester United 0-0 Swansea City: The visitors have played some great football which has made for a rather tame atmosphere inside the stadium, but the better of the chances went to the Red Devils. Januzaj hit the bar with a free kick early on and Welbeck saw a great chance go to waste as he sent the ball wide of the post.
45' + 3'
The half-time whistle goes!
45' + 2'
Yellow Card Wilfried Bony
45' + 2'
Bony goes in on Fletcher from behind and the striker earns himself a booking.
45' + 1'
Swansea take it short and although they fail to get the ball in the box, they manage to hold onto it as they look to create an opening.
There will be two minutes of added time to be played, and Swansea have just won a corner.
Pozuelo is having a fantastic evening so far, flitting across the pitch and getting a touch in all of Swansea's finest moments. His square pass finds Bony on the top of the box and the striker in turn rolls it back to Shelvey. The former Liverpool man goes for goal yet again but his shot is blocked once more.
A goal before half time would really help ease the tension that is building inside Old Trafford. The corwd have been subdued somewhat by the possession-based football being played by the visitors.
CLOSE FOR SWANSEA! The Welsh side forged a great move there but Shelvey dragged his shot wide of the far post after being fed by Pozuelo inside the box. Michael Laudrup can be please with the performance of his side at Old Trafford once more.
The Red Devils win a free kick on the left after Kagawa is felled and the delivery is met by Evra in the area. The direction on his header is poor and Tremmel is left untroubled.
Yellow Card Ángel Rangel
WELBECK!! HE MUST SCORE! That is a good move from United, with Valencia sliding a pass into Rafael as the Brazilian bombed forward from right-back. He squared the ball for Welbeck but his strike was always bending away from goal and drifted past the outside of the post.
Swansea have had an impressive 62% possession so far in the first half. That is the sort of statistic you would usually associate with the home team.
NARROWLY OVER! Carrick switches the play with a clever pass out to Evra and the Frenchman swings a cross into the box. Valencia brings it down and tees up Fletcher but the Scot's attempt on goal is always rising and he balloons it over the top.
Kagawa should do better! His overlapping run was brilliant and Evra scooped the ball into his path exquisitely, however his delivery from the byeline went straight into Tremmel's hands and Welbeck voiced his disappoinment at that.
United's defence are coming very narrow when the Swans push forward and that is allowing Rangel plenty of space to continually run into. With Pozuelo not hugging the sideline it is drawing Evra inside frequently.
A decent passing spell for the Red Devils culminates in Evra firing a low cross-goal shot in an attempt to find the far corner. Tremmel gets down to and shows a safe pair of hands to hold onto the effort.
Kagawa was at his best for Borussia Dortmund playing in the hole behind the striker. He has been practically non-existent out on the left so far tonight, and you have to think Januzaj would surely be more at home out there. Then maybe united could get the best from the Japanese.
Rangel makes another good run in behind Evra and Shelvey searches him out with another diagonal pass. The left-back heads the ball only as far as Bony, but the Ivorian is forced to shoot early as red shirts close him down and he scuffs his effort harmlessly wide.
STAT: Danny Welbeck, who netted a double on the opening day of the season against the Swans, has scored five goals in his last five league outings.
Swansea earn a corner and it is taken short. Shelvey attempts to whip a pacy cross into the box but fails to beat the first man and United look to break. Rangel keeps pace with Kagawa and manages to dispossess the Japan international.
Swansea have a good spell in possession in the United half but it comes to an end after Amat catches Evra as the pair contest the ball following a loose touch from the Spaniard. Britton is beginning to orchestrate things for the visitors from midfield.
It looks as though Amat has moved up from the centre of the defence to fill the holding midfield role which Canas was occupying. Chico therefore slots in at the back alongside Williams.
Canas has gone down with an injury following a coming together with Carrick. It was fairly inoccuous, but it seems he will be unable to continue.
That could have been a great chance for Swansea to take the lead! Routledge made a quality run over to the right and was fed by Shelvey. His first touch sent him too an angle that was too acute to shoot from, and his cutback failed to find Bony in the centre.
Fletcher is caught in possession on the half-way line by Britton and he quickly finds Routledge who races towards the United goal. He lays the ball off to Bony but the Ivorian is unable to pick out Shelvey's run in behind Vidic.
OFF THE BAR! Januzaj bends a delightful shot from the free kick over the top of the wall but it crashes off the crossbar and loops back into the area. Swansea eventually deal with it, but that is evidence of another string to this brilliant youngster's bow.
United have a free kick in a dangerous area after Amat goes in late on Welbeck, 20 yards from goal. The referee tried to play the advantage, but it took too long for Valencia to pull a shot away from the follow up.
Rafael wins the ball outside his own area and looks to launch a break by sliding a pass up to Januzaj. The overhits it, though, and instead plays the ball straight out of play.
JUST OVER!! A free kick from the near side is not dealt with by Swansea at the back post and the loose ball drops for Viic in the centre of the box. He appears to lose his footing as he strikes the ball and subsequently fires high of the target.
Shelvey should do better from there! The former Liverpool man received the ball 20 yards from goal and stabbed an unconvincing shot towards De Gea's goal with the outside of his right boot. It was aimed straight at the keeper, who gathered comfortably.
Shelvey picks up the ball left-of-centre and spots the marauding run of Rangel down the right flank. He threads a fantastic pass out to the right-back but his first touch is poor and it allows Evra to get back in and halt the attack.
Welbeck shows great pace to charge down to the byeline on the far side and squeeze a cross into the area. His lofted delivery flies deep, and a backpedalling Valencia is unable to bring it under control under pressure from the opposing defence.
Januzaj is pressing well deep in the Swansea half and he manages to win his side a thrown in near the box. He appears to have begun in the central role close to Welbeck, with Kagawa operating from wide on the left.
We are underway at Old Trafford!
The teams are making their way out onto the pitch now, so kick off will be upon us imminently. Can Moyes' side turn things around and close the gap on sixth-placed Liverpool with a win?
Nemanja Vidic will make his 200th Premier League appearance this afternoon. Chris Smalling partners him in the heart of defence, and they will need to keep a close watch on Swansea striker Wilfried Bony. The Ivorian has netted in both of his appearances against United this season.
United have won four and lost none of their five previous Premier League meetings with Swansea, however, the Red Devils will still be sore from last weekends defeat at the hands of the Swans in the FA Cup. It was a rare away victory for the side from south Wales, who have been victorious just once in their last seven games on their travels.
Swansea substitutes: Cornell, Chico, Taylor, Richards, Lucas, Donnelly, Vazquez.
Swansea (4-2-3-1): Tremmel; Rangel, Amat, Williams, Davies; Britton, Canas; Pozuelo, Shelvey, Routledge; Bony.
Manchester United substitutes: Lindegaard, Buttner, Cleverley, Giggs, Zaha, Lingard, Hernandez.
Manchester United (4-4-1-1): De Gea; Rafael, Smalling, Vidic, Evra; Valencia, Carrick, Fletcher, Januzaj; Kagawa; Welbeck.
David Moyes' side have lost four of their last six games in all competitions at Old Trafford, winning the other two. Another poor result today would no doubt draw further critism for the Scot, and once more he will be unable to count on the services of Wayne Rooney. Johnny Evans also misses out due to injury, but here come the full line-ups.
Hello and welcome to this evening's LIVE play-by-play commentary as Manchester United host Swansea in the Premier League. The two sides met one another in the third round of the FA Cup last weekend and it was the Swans who came out on top at Old Trafford. Under-fire manager David Moyes will be desperate for a better result this time around following the midweek defeat to Sunderland in the Capital One Cup too. My name is Tom Webber and I will be guiding you through all the action as it happens.
