Hardly tested al afternoon, a quiet game for the former Newcastle stopper.
Did his job defending the left side of the pitch, only slipping up once to allow Routledge a crossing opportunity.
Did well to keep Routledge quiet and gave good support on the overlap.
Made some crucial tackles and interceptions, most notably stopping De Guzman in the first half. Solid performance.
Dealt with the physical presence of Michu and Bony and looked good on the ball when playing it out from the back.
Fairly quiet all afternoon, missed Huddlestone to link up with but was tidy on the ball.
Was athreat in the early excahnges and took his goal brilliantly, getting across Angel and powering his header past a helpless Vorm.
Ahmed El Mohamady
Helped stretch the Swansea defence but his delivery wasn't brilliant. Was quieter as the game went on.
Came off second best in a few tussles with Britton and didn't offer his side much going forward.
Came close to scoring with a good free kick in the first half and linked up well upfront with Long.
Should have given his side the lead were it not for a great save by Vorm in the Swansea goal. Didn't quite hit his high standards but worked hard for the team.
Could do nothing about Boyd's opener but made a brilliant save to deny Long in the opening half.
Not his greatest performance. Boyd beat him to the ball far too easily for the opening goal and looked susceptible to pace from Elmohamady.
Very quiet afternoon for the Swansea left back, got caught out once by Meyler but was largely untroubled.
Another fine defensive display from the Swansea captain. Nothing he could do about the goal but was a rock throughout.
Solid performance by the Spaniard but was caught out for pace few times by Elmohamady.
J. de Guzmán
Maybe should have scored in the first half but hesitated when in on goal and wasted the opportunity. Subbed at half time for Dyer.
Helped tick over Swansea as usual but wasn't able to create anything of significance for the forwards.
Still looks like he is struggling with the way Swansea play, with him always looking to play more directly than his team-mates. Had a few long range shots but they didn't trouble Harper.
Swansea's brightest player all afternoon, he popped up all over the field helping to create opportunities for his team mates.
Did a good job up top of holding the ball up, linked well with Michu but was never really presented with a goalscoring opportunity.
Obviously still some way from match fitness and was sacrificed for Pablo Hernandez.
