'I'm happy in Galatasaray' - Younes Belhanda snubs English Premier League interest

Younes Belhanda has stated that he is happy at Galatasaray and has ruled out any move to England in this summer transfer window.

English Premier League sides, notably Crystal Palace, are reportedly weighing up a move for the 28-year-old who provided three goals and eight assists in his debut campaign with the Lions.

Following their Turkish Super Lig triumph last season, Galatasaray will play in the Uefa Champions League next season.

And the Moroccan, under contract until 2021, is relishing the opportunity to feature in the elite European competition as he enjoys his time at the Turk Telekom Stadium.

"I am happy in Galatasaray," Belhanda was quoted as saying by Turkish Football.

"I will play here in the Champions League. I do not want to go to England."

Belhanda joined Fatih Terim's team on a four-year deal from Dynamo Kiev in July 2017.

He was also a regular fixture in Herve Renard's Morocco team at the 2018 Fifa World Cup before their group stage exit.
