Myanmar's best cuisine is tea leaf salad (Green Tea), Moke Hin Ga soup and steamed coconut rice with fried chicken. Tea leaf salad is made of green tea leaf steeped with Ground Nut oil. Other ingredients are fried garlic, sesame, Fried ground nut, dried prawn, etc. Moke Hin Ga Soup is a fish soup usually eaten at breakfast, made with rice noodles. Steamed coconut rice with fried chicken is same as Thai food, but sometimes we also use beef.
