The Gunners have "requested information" about the Italian midfielder but the player's representative insists the 26-year-old will stay at Juventus
The 26-year-old has started only two games in Serie A for Antonio Conte’s side this season, restricting his chances of competing for a place in Italy's World Cup squad.
Earlier this month, Goal exclusively revealed that Arsene Wenger is weighing up a move for Schalke’s Julian Draxler as Arsenal attempt to reinforce their attacking options following Theo Walcott’s season-ending knee injury.
“Giovinco and Arsenal? There is a request for information but not an interest that goes beyond that,” Claudio Pasqualin told Tuttomercatoweb.
“The occasion, however, it is useful to reiterate that Sebastian will remain at Juventus.
“It's nice there are interests of this type but they are destined to remain as such."
