The goalkeeper has reportedly been the subject of a bid from the Europa League winners, but the Canaries manager has dismissed talk of the one-time England international leavingNorwich manager Chris Hughton insists John Ruddy will not be leaving Carrow Road this summer, despite Chelsea reportedly having a bid rejected for the goalkeeper.
The Blues are on the lookout for a No.2 to challenge Petr Cech having released duo Hilario and Ross Turnbull at the end of the season and allowing Thibaut Courtois to spend a third season on loan at Atletico Madrid.
Hughton, however, is adamant that Ruddy, who has represented England last year, will be staying with Norwich as the club prepare for pre-season.
"We see very much John's future here and we look forward to him being here," Hughton told reporters.
"John would be no different to any player we have here. Any interest in any of our players is just a mark and a testament to how well those individuals have done.
"We start back training on Thursday. John is very much part of our plans and will be here. Then we go away to Austria next week and of course John is very much part of that.
"Any interest shown in any of our players is just a mark of how well they have done."
