The Spanish side, who were able to avoid relegation to the Segunda Division, have secured the services of the experienced Italian striker on a season-long loan
The 29-year-old striker has signed a season-long contract with the Spanish side, who finished 17th in La Liga, just one point above the drop zone.
He had returned to Udinese last summer after impressing on loan at Genoa in 2010-11, scoring 10 goals in 18 appearances for the Rossoblu.
However, Floro Flores was not able to make his mark at Udinese this past season, netting just six goals in all competitions.
The Italian striker joins Granada on the same day as goalkeeper Tono, whose contract with Racing Santander expired at the end of the season.
