The Uruguay international is considered one of the most exciting young players in Serie A and it has been reported that the Nerazzurri have already made a bid for his servicesBologna president Albano Guaraldi insists that the club have not yet received an offer from Inter for Gaston Ramirez and made it clear that the attacking midfielder will not be allowed to leave unless their asking price is met.
There has been speculation that the Nerazzurri have already lodged a formal bid for the Uruguay international, who is also said to have attracted interest from English outfits Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, Guaraldi told FCInterNews.it that the San Siro outfit have not enquired about the 21-year-old.
"Nobody from Inter has contacted us about the player. We have not received an offer from Inter.
"Only one other team has come forward and expressed concrete interest in the player but the bid did not satisfy us.
"Ramirez will only leave if a club meets both the needs of Bologna and the player; otherwise, he will stay here for another year."
The playmaker arrived at the Renato Dall'Ara from Penarol in 2010 and is now regarded as one of the best No.10s in Serie A.
