Sarawak are raring to go and continue their winning momentum after their 2-0 win over T-Team in their last MSL fixture. The Crocs are also aiming to get at least a point in Singapore, however a win will ensure their place in the next year’s Super League.

Coach Robert Alberts has said that it will be a tough task to beat Lions XII, but is confident that his team can get a win, especially with the return of defender Gabor Gyapes.

According to Bernama, Alberts admitted that it would not be easy for them to find a win at Jalan Besar Stadium, even though they have already beaten the same opponent back in March.

“With Gyapes, Muamer Salibasic and Ryan Griffiths, we should be able to give the Lions XII a tough challenge,” said one of Sarawak supporters.

Sarawak will have to work hard and quickly get used to playing on the artificial field at Jalan Besar Stadium, the field that has given problems to most of the team in the league.

Sarawak are currently in 6th place with 28 points, just below Kelantan in 5th, with the two teams sharing the same number of points after 19 matches.
